Thông Tin Chúng Tôi Thu Thập
Witza thu thập các loại thông tin sau khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng:
- Thông tin tài khoản: Tên và địa chỉ email của bạn khi đăng nhập qua Google hoặc Apple Sign-In.
- Email (OTP): Địa chỉ email khi bạn chọn xác thực bằng mã OTP.
- Ảnh bài tập: Hình ảnh bài tập về nhà bạn chụp qua camera để sử dụng tính năng giải bài AI.
- Dữ liệu gameplay: Điểm kinh nghiệm (XP), điểm số, chuỗi ngày học (streak), và tiến trình học tập.
- Thông tin thiết bị: Hệ điều hành, model máy, và phiên bản ứng dụng.
- Phân tích sử dụng: Dữ liệu phân tích ẩn danh thu thập qua Firebase Analytics.
- Token thông báo đẩy: Mã định danh thiết bị để gửi thông báo đẩy (push notification).
Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu cần thiết để cung cấp và cải thiện dịch vụ. Chúng tôi không thu thập nhiều hơn những gì cần thiết.
Cách Chúng Tôi Sử Dụng Thông Tin
Thông tin thu thập được sử dụng cho các mục đích sau:
- Giải bài AI: Ảnh bài tập được xử lý để cung cấp câu trả lời và giải thích từ AI.
- Ghép câu hỏi: Dữ liệu học tập giúp tạo ra các bộ câu hỏi phù hợp với trình độ của bạn.
- Bảng xếp hạng: Điểm XP và streak được hiển thị trong bảng xếp hạng cộng đồng.
- Thông báo đẩy: Nhắc nhở học tập hàng ngày và thông báo về hoạt động mới.
- Cải thiện ứng dụng: Dữ liệu phân tích ẩn danh giúp chúng tôi hiểu cách người dùng tương tác với ứng dụng.
- Ngăn chặn gian lận: Cloudflare Turnstile được sử dụng để xác minh người dùng hợp lệ và ngăn bot.
Dịch Vụ Bên Thứ Ba
Chúng tôi sử dụng các dịch vụ bên thứ ba đáng tin cậy sau:

Chính Sách Chia Sẻ Dữ Liệu
Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.
Chúng tôi cam kết:
- Không bán hoặc cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ ai.
- Không chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo với bên thứ ba.
- Chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các đối tác dịch vụ (Firebase, Cloudflare) theo mức tối thiểu cần thiết để vận hành ứng dụng.

Bảo Mật Dữ Liệu

Witza là ứng dụng giáo dục dành cho mọi lứa tuổi.
Người dùng dưới 13 tuổi cần có sự đồng ý của phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp trước khi tạo tài khoản.

Information We Collect
Witza collects the following types of information when you use our app:
- Account information: Your name and email address when you sign in via Google or Apple Sign-In.
- Email (OTP): Your email address when you choose to authenticate with a one-time passcode.
- Homework photos: Images of homework you capture via your camera to use the AI solving feature.
- Gameplay data: Experience points (XP), scores, learning streaks, and study progress.
- Device information: Operating system, device model, and app version.
- Usage analytics: Anonymous analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics.
- Push notification token: A device identifier used to deliver push notifications.
We only collect data necessary to provide and improve our services. We do not collect more than what is needed.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- AI solving: Homework photos are processed to provide AI-generated answers and explanations.
- Quiz matching: Learning data helps generate quiz sets matched to your level.
- Leaderboards: XP and streak data is displayed in community leaderboards.
- Push notifications: Daily study reminders and alerts about new activities.
- App improvement: Anonymous analytics help us understand how users interact with the app.
- Fraud prevention: Cloudflare Turnstile is used to verify legitimate users and block bots.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services:

We DO NOT sell your personal data to any third party.
We commit to:
- Never selling or renting your personal data to anyone.
- Never sharing your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
- Sharing data with service partners (Firebase, Cloudflare) only to the minimum extent necessary to operate the app.
- May disclose data if required by law or to protect our legitimate legal interests.
Your Rights
You have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right to access: Request to view the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Right to data portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format (feature in development).
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

Data Security
We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS/TLS: All data transmitted between the app and servers is encrypted using TLS.
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive data is encrypted at the storage layer.
- Access control: Only authorized personnel can access user data, and only when necessary.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Witza is an educational app for all ages.
Users under 13 years old require parental or legal guardian consent before creating an account.
- We comply with the principles of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
- If you discover your child has registered without your permission, please contact privacy@witza.app immediately so we can delete the account.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
- We will notify users of significant changes via an in-app notification.
- The updated policy takes effect immediately upon posting.
- Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
